The services and treatment categories shown are for enquiries. Contact the centre to confirm current availability, referral requirements and next steps. A form submission or WhatsApp draft is only an enquiry; an appointment is confirmed only after the centre replies.

If you use an appointment form, check the prefilled WhatsApp message before sending it. Do not include symptoms, reports, photographs or other sensitive clinical details in a general appointment message.
