How the Diagnostic Services and Dental Care website handles information and external services.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This policy applies to the website for Gaurav Diagnostic & Dental Care Centre, including its Diagnostic Services and Dental Care sections. It describes the website’s current appointment enquiry and map features.
Appointment enquiry details
The appointment forms work in your browser. When you choose “Continue to WhatsApp”, the details you entered are placed into a WhatsApp link so that a prefilled message can open. This website does not store those form details or submit them to a server operated by the website or centre.
Opening the link sends a request to WhatsApp and may pass the message text to WhatsApp to open the draft. The centre receives your enquiry only if you choose to send the message in WhatsApp. You can review, edit or cancel the draft before sending it. Once received, the centre handles the message as an appointment enquiry.
Please keep general appointment messages limited to the information needed to arrange a visit. Do not include symptoms, reports, photographs or other sensitive clinical details in the optional note.
Maps and other external services
Some pages load an embedded Google Map. When that map loads, Google may receive technical information from your browser. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google reviews and Instagram open services operated by other organisations. Their privacy practices are described in their own policies:
- Cloudflare Privacy Policy (website hosting)
- Google Privacy Policy (embedded maps and Google links)
- WhatsApp Privacy Policy
- Meta Privacy Policy (including Instagram)
Hosting and tracking
The website is intended to be hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the website; see Cloudflare’s policy for details. The current website code does not include analytics or advertising tracking scripts.
Questions about an enquiry
For a question about information you have sent directly to the centre, contact [email protected] or call +91 91156 75007.
This policy describes the website’s current features. If those features or the way enquiries are handled change, this policy should be reviewed and updated.
